The house was lovely really enjoyed the stay

Think it’s a shame about outside space would have liked to be able to use it

The house was clean and comfortable, the front steps will require some attention in the future as they are worn.

A lot of late noise from adjacent properties

Lovely big house, well equipped and clean. Nice dining area to sit and eat meals and play games. Plenty of crockery and cutlery in the large kitchen. Easy to find on a main road.

The listing states that one car parking space is available. This isn’t the case, it’s a permit parking area and we were not given a permit. Luckily the hours of restriction were only 12 till 3 but this meant we kept having to move the car from the small nearby pay and display car park back to the house for unloading and loading etc. It wasn’t a massive issue but not clear in the listing. Also, the neighbours were noisy. This is not something the landlord can control so not negative feedback, just a note to say earplugs might be advisable for light sleepers.

Very spacious, which the kids loved. Very clean with everything needed for our stay including washing machine, dryer and dish washer. The host, Teresa, was very friendly. We were visiting family just down the road so the location was fantastic for that and only a short walk from shops and the city centre.

The spacious rooms/kitchen, the cleanliness, the location, the customer service, the modern design/ features, the back space, the WiFi connection, the commendations from a few friends that visited, etc.

I miss the property because I have left Plymouth

We like the fully equipped kitchen, lots of cooking utensils for us to cook our chinese new year reunion dinner. The house layout has been nice, with separate living, dining and kitchen area. The property was pre-heated to welcome us, and we thanks the host Teresa (or David) for being so thoughtful as it was a cold breezy day.

Unable to lock the rear door, which we have inform the host about that as we worry that someone might enter from the rear door, Hope that can be fixed before the next guest checking in.

The property was lovely and warm and comfortable. Lovely to have have 2 x decent sized bathrooms and comfy beds, although a larger bed would have been beneficial. Overall the property was very clean bar the point below.

The squeaky floors are rather strange all the way through the property! The cutlery was filthy and had to be washed before use. The parking is awkward if at home between 12 - 3pm Did not dare to empty the bins outside as had been advised not to walk on the decking!
