ZAEverything about the place
ZAThe property was clean and very comfortable. The housekeeper(Zinhle) is doing a splendid job.
The level of maintenance. While the space was generally comfortable, there were a few maintenance issues which were addressed.
ZAKitchen and lounge area
It is in a Complex or simplex. Entrance is to the bedrooms and lounge area is downstairs 😒 the main bedroom the tv is on the side. Linen had stains. The rooms are not that spacious. Patio with alot of ants. No garden space for kids to play.
ZAZABeautifully finished house, with high end furniture and soft beds. House is comfortable, classy, and luxurious. Zintle, the housekeeper, is possibly the nicest person I have ever met and she was extremely helpful and really looked after us on our stay. We were sad to hear she fell ill.
Some fixtures need replacing like the kitchen tap that is very loose. The entry and exit process at the Zimbali main gate is tedious, waiting in long queues everytime. You can only use one gate, and that gate is far from the house, the South gate very close by may not be used. Security staff are sometimes rude. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a beautiful high end Smeg oven and stove, but it has very limited cookware and bakeware. Air conditioning on the bottom floor did not work.
ZAIt was beautiful and clean from the moment we entered the door the refreshing atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking

ZAI liked everything, the house is very spacious and beautiful. Zinhle the helper is such a pleasure to be around, what a beautiful soul she made us feel very comfortable
