The location was perfect for parking and then walking to many different locations around the town.

The water view was peaceful, and the unit was extremely clean with a unique layout. All needed amenities were provided, and the decor presented an inviting flair.

We were unaware our car would be ‘plowed in,’ with difficulty getting out, after the streets were plowed from the 10-inch snow.

There is a wonderful breakfast place across the street (open Thursday - Sunday only). The place is very bright and quiet. It overlooks the river, giving you a close-up view of the boat traffic, which was fun. There are charter fishing boats right outside, but the rooms are so quiet we didn't even hear them go out early in the morning. It's right next door to the Star of Saugatuck, which does boat tours.

The parking was cramped, but right outside the door. The stairs are in need of some repair.

Location excellent, beds comfy, view wonderful, parking spot

Location is town is fantastic and the unit is spacious. Looks right out on the water. Modern decor and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery. Easy to access with a pin pad. Central AC. Provided a welcome basket of 4th of July goodies. A nice touch.

Very basics in the kitchen. Just salt and pepper. No sugar, coffee, or oil so plan for that. Also the place vibrates like you are above a jet engine (must be a commercial refrigerator or compressor in the business below) but it’s pretty intense. The balcony is just above the fish cleaning area so when you are outside, it’s a bit fishy smelling.
