La situation est idéale. Le lieu est atypique et bien aménagé Jolie grotte qui malgré les défauts est une jolie surprise

L humidité trop importante. On est dans une grotte ok mais tout est humide. Le système de deshumidificateur est insuffisant. Nous avons vidé les 2 appareils au moins 4 fois en 2 jours Lit peu confortable. Le matelas est dur et peu épais

La suite crea un atmosfera magica, molto suggestiva. Posizione davvero comoda e tranquilla.Consigliatissima per in weekend romantico ❤️

The location was good

This was by far the worst stay of our trip. Despite the host specifically asking for private feedback and promising to "assist," they completely ignored us once we sent a detailed list of serious issues. There was exposed wiring in one of the outlets by the bed. The floors were filthy, the coffee maker was dirty, and the duvet had a stain that looked like blood on it. The dehumidifiers are entirely inadequate and leak water (one was even leaking onto a power cord). Everything felt damp, including the bedding, pillows, and couch. The AC units barely worked and were difficult to turn on. Four lights were out, making the unit dark, and the bathroom fan was thick with dust, preventing airflow. Between the poor quality bed, insufficient pillows (only 2, one of which was completely flat), and the damp air, we barely slept. Considering the value we paid for the room, the service was abysmal and basic hospitality requirements were not met. Do not stay here
