LOKAL Rooms x Lahore (Cavalry)

Location is great, cleanliness is very good, staff is very corporative and specially the manager Mr.Farhan such a nice person

Just one thing missing in the room, which is fridge, overall is very good

After I booked two rooms through booking.com, the Lokal staff contacted me and said they could not accommodate me as the hotel is already full. Due to this I got stuck in Lahore's traffic finding another hotel. Ridiculous isn't it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty upon check-in and had clearly not been cleaned properly. The bedsheet and comforter were stained, the toilet seat had visible marks, and the tables and furniture were covered in dust. Some walls in the room showed visible seams, and the walkway leading to the room had a large seam and patches of black moss, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere. Water bottles were not provided at check-in, and we had to request them. Although the staff provided them upon request, no bottles were replenished the next day after the room was cleaned, despite our two-night stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location beside a bridge meant heavy traffic and cars frequently driving the wrong way in front of the property, adding to the chaos. I expected much better standards from a hotel chain like Lokal and was thoroughly disappointed.
