Amazing house, open floor ( no doors in the room) great location, access to the beach club

Location was perfect. Room was very spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and classy. Host was friendly and super helpful. Rooftop views were spectacular. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly.

The only criticism I can conjure up is that there was no soap in the bathroom. No TV either if you're into that kind of thing - we weren't.

Overall, the accommodation met expectations. It was a cozy house with sufficient equipment for a week's stay. It was fun to discover on the spot that the rooms were open, that is, more suitable for family or friends, where privacy is not directly needed. There was nice access to the beach, where there was room for everyone. The cuisine of the restaurant right next door was wonderful, although expensive. Hint - find the roof floor as well. We found it on the third day and it was a pretty nice spot.

Needs a bit minor care, such as the upper toilet door was missing a handle and it was triky to close the door. Nowadays, we already expect internet with good speed and coverage.

The service at this place was top notch! The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for us and our guests. Location was perfect as we prefer this end of the beach strip. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Our host was very kind and helpful. The building is very nice and tastefully decorated, but not well kept. Tulum beach is one of the nicest beaches we have ever seen.

Constant stink of sewage!, diesel generator and a loud restaurant with live music every night 20m from the appartment, water pressure was poor and the water of poor quality, no shops in walkable distance, taxis are extortionately expensive (65 eur return trip to the centre). Restaurants and beach clubs are also super expensive while offering at best mediocre quality. Value for money is a joke!

A lot of spider webs , dust, and wasn’t warned of salty water in the pipes until arrival.

Good location, spacious accommodation, wide beds, several terraces. We loved Dos Ceibos beach club and Loco restaurant.

Beautiful place in an amazing setting. Staff were so lovely, clean, safe, close to everything you could possibly want in holiday. We didn't move more than 250m from the hotel for 3 days and enjoyed fantastic service everywhere. The breakfast/lunch bar opposite does amazing coffee and vegan food, the restaurant attached is outstanding. The roof top terrace was amazing, saw so many birds and coatis in the early morning, great to watch sunsets from. The place surpassed all expectations.

Beautiful cozy room. Ours was fully equipped with a stove, cooking utensils, and a fridge. The terrace was cute and it’s a great location, just a short walk to the beach. We wet concerned about noise as there is a bar (loco) in front but actually the sound barely travelled and we slept really well. Dante and the staff were really helpful and kind. Parking facilities too.
