The facilities - terrace pool, access to nearby hotels beach club and restaurant, Quiet, comfortable bed, beach towels provided, boho style, tranquil outdoor setting, secure, accurate pictures.

The shower and tap water is salty which does dry the skin but moisturizer can counter this, use filtered water to wash teeth that is provided and complimentary. We felt clean, rested and would recommend this beautiful place.

Cleaned every day. Very good value for money considering the other options in the area. Great location. Amazing beach across the road.

Facilities are pretty basic. The shower and tap water are a bit salty like all of Tulum/Playa/Cancun. One of the big windows is just netting so all air con escapes but rooms felt cool. Some light bulbs didn't work.
