"Convenient and comfortable."

Central location. Clear instructions on how to enter property. Everything we needed for overnight stay. Comfortable bed.

Noisy neighbours upstairs - but can't be helped and not fault of host.

"Served a purpose for overnight, very comfortable but would not return due to the keypad system"

Modern & clean

Steep stairs No access to a street door key , when the street door keypad didn’t work. Fortunately a neighbour helped- we were left outside for 30’m as owners lived away. A street door key is a must

when we first arrived it was a little cold and seemed to take a while to warm up when we put the heater on , but apart from that no complaints

Very clean, comfortable. Right in town and great place to stay for couple nights.

Was a bit cold, a nice rug in front of the TV would have been a nice touch.

"central studio"

location was fantastic. very central to Cheltenham but not noisy. easy access via key safes and it felt safe. bed was comfortable.

cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up. Tge shower room towel railstring was broken so it didn't heat up and no fan.. The bottom sheet felt bobbly tho the bed was comfortable.
