It was a perfect stay. The host Andrea is warm, knowledgeable and makes your stay special - it was a very good experience!

It was a really nice apartment, everything was good, beds were comfortable, everything was working well. The view from the window to the street was mesmerising. I wish i could’ve stayed longer in this place. I loved the owner of this place he help us with every question we had, and he let us leave our bags in the apartment befor our check in. He id a very loving person. The apartment is in the perfect location in the heart of the city. There is a AC inside and a beautiful windows. Owner also bought a few bottles of water and a champagne for us! I hope i will come back to this place as fast as i can. I really do recommend!

Central location, very comfortable apartment, Andrea is a great host! All amenities to the last detail are taken care of. Andrea picked us up at the station & also dropped us back. He also showed us around in Como. What a kind gesture! Bus no. 110 from San Giovanni station goes to all the small villages on the greenway & also to Menaggio from where you can go to Varenna. There are also buses to Bellagio. From this location prefer bus over ferry to Bellagio & Menaggio.

The apartment was perfect, lacking nothing! Andrea even met us at the train station so we didn't have to get.a taxi. It was a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend!

We loved it before we even arrived. Andrea was the most amazing host, he even picked up our luggage from the station and took it back as well us. The apartment was perfect for our group of four and we loved every moment of our day thank you so much Andrea.

Wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht in Como übernachten, aber auf dem Weg nach Genua hatten wir eine Autopanne - unser Auto musste für zwei Tage in die Werkstatt. Wir haben dann dieses Apartment gegen 18:00 Uhr gebucht und der Vermieter Andrea rief uns umgehend zurück und sagte, er würde gleich vorbeikommen, um uns die Schlüssel zu bringen. 20 Minuten später waren wir in dem Apartment! Die Lage ist optimal, mitten in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Sees. Andrea zeigte uns die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern (eins mit Badewanne, eins mit Dusche), einem Wohnzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das Apartment war gerade renoviert worden und ist dementsprechend in einem neuen Zustand. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und auch im Wohnzimmer. Freies WLAN. Andrea ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher Vermieter mit einer sehr positiven Ausstrahlung. Er gab uns noch ein paar Tipps für Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und verfügt über eine geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon vor der Tür mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Am nächsten Tag brachte Andrea uns noch eine Flasche Prosecco „aufs Haus“ vorbei. Am Abreisetag wollten wir mit dem Zug in den Nachbarort fahren, um dort unser Auto wieder von der Werkstatt abzuholen. Andrea hat uns dann sogar mit unserem Gepäck zum Bahnhof gefahren.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.
