JB in Como

Great location in the pedestrian area of Como. Very convenient to the lake front and the old city walls. Andrea was super friendly and helpful with all aspects of the apartment and town. The apartment was recently remodeled and is in great condition. The kitchen is small but very functional with a cooktop, oven, small fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.

There is not an AC in the 2nd bedroom but the ceiling fan worked well at keeping the room cool at night.

The location was very convenient and the apartment was excellent, very clean, spacious and the architecture was stunning. Andrea, the host was so accommodating and very pleasant. I really recommend JB Como

Clean, newly decorated, spacious, high-ceiling rooms, and friendly hosts. Everything you need: kitchen, cooker, microwave, fridge, washer-drier, Netflix, etc. Como is stunning with world-class pedestrian streets and scenery, and there are great restaurants just outside your front door (my photos are of the local area). Plus it's a proper town with a wide variety of shopping from groceries to fashion. Como is a short train journey from Milan Centrale station, linked by Metro to Linate Airport. It has ferry and bus links to the towns of Lake Como.

We stayed at Andrea’s apartement during a weekend, he was fantastic as a host,easy and friendly communication!! The house and the apartament was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect,close to the old town and to the harbour. All good and 100% would recommend staying here:)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JB in Como, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Before our arrival, Andrea took the time to research and provide us with invaluable information about the local area, including recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and transportation options. This hugely reduced our stress and increased the enjoyment of our holiday. When we arrived, we were delighted to find chilled refreshments waiting in the fridge—the perfect way to start the holiday. The apartment itself was absolute AMAZING, every inch was immaculately clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and the modern but cozy decor made me feel right at home. Andrea's helpfulness did not stop at the initial welcome. Throughout our stay, he was readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. Another huge bonus is it’s amazing location, just a 10 minute work to the S.Giovanni train station and less than 5 minutes to the ferry port, with an abundance of amazing restaurants and cafes closeby too. Overall, Andrea's apartment is a beyond fantastic choice and we will 100% be staying here again on our next visit!

Right in Como centre.

New owners need to provide correct information about parking, not sure now weather we will be fined for parking in the old town. I had to find own parking, found free parking in Como, easy reach of apartment , owner should recommend this. Had to find out how to use boiler for heating and hot water ourselves, should have carbon monoxide detection for the gas boiler, this was in the bedroom my mum stayed in. Need to fix shower head in main bathroom so it can be used as a shower above the bath, remove shelves and add a shower curtain. Apart from this all was excellent.
