Central and easy to get around yet quiet. Great rooms and a plus with two bathrooms. Kitchen somewhat small but ok for breakfast. We loved it

Location was great right beside lots of restaurants, bars and near the port for ferries. A very large apartment which was very comfortable and had lots of cute toiletries, books etc. ( there didnt seem to be a kettle was my only thing? Prosecco and water was in the fridge when we arrived which was great. Bed was so comfortable Both bathrooms were so well equipment (only thing to mention is one of the bathrooms you would have to hold the shower head as there isnt a stand) Very easy to get the keys via the lockbox. Would 100% recommend this apartment to a family or couple.

Buen Diaz Apartment is very clean & spacious. It is within walking distance to Como S.G. Station as well as the pier to get to Bellagio and the other towns. Shopping & restaurants can be found outside the apartment.

The hot water went cold and then hot again. There were no plates in the apartment.

Great location right in the centre, all sleeping rooms were at the back so NO noise at night from the street, very clean and pleasantly fitted out. Communications with the host were very good, we had a few things to sort out and they were handled very efficiently and of course resolved. Great to be able to walk out the front door with a couple of very friendly bars on the corner (they close early so no noise) and very good choice of restaurants in just about every direction. It's 2-3 minutes walk to get to the main Piazza, another minute to be on the lakeside.

Car parking in Como is a bit tricky and a bit bit pricey per night, but this is an Italian city so to be expected.

Very well located. The property is clean and vast.
