Unfortunately was a bad experience, firstable the key code not working,,, waiting 45 minutes to fix the issue. The apartment was with strong smoke and nasty odor of cigarette. DIRTY and burn blankets.

Not a good representation. Cigarette smell, burns blankets, dirty kitchen sink , sofa, dining chairs, walls and bathroom,

There was air conditioning in every room, the beds were a good size and the washing machine was useful! There is a smart TV in the lounge room too. We loved the location and access from the street was easy.

Unfortunately the apartment was not in good condition and we experienced several maintenance issues. The apartment door does not feel secure when locked and there are exposed wires in the electronic door lock. We were locked out of the apartment because the keypad stopped working. We had to wait for the host to reset the access code for us, so we could get into the apartment. We had to call and message the host from 3 separate devices before we got a response while standing in the heat, which took about 20-25 minutes. Two of the air conditioners were broken. They left large puddles of water on the floor, so we couldn't use them at all. The host said they would send a maintenance person in to investigate the issue but this did not happen. The bathroom shower door was broken and the exhaust fan was dirty and ineffective. There was a lot of mould in the shower and bathroom too. Some light switches were broken, and there was a constant buzzing noise in the first bedroom which was frustrating. We could smell fresh paint and the apartment walls were thin, so we could hear the neighbours talking very clearly. The bedrooms do not have blockout curtains, only sheer curtains which let in a lot of light and do not provide privacy. One of the neighbours was watching me get dressed, which made me very uncomfortable! The door to the courtyard in the second bedroom does not fully open, as the bed is too big for the space. In terms of amenities, only 1 small roll of toilet paper was provided. This was not enough for 5 people for 3 nights. There was also no tea or coffee for the coffee machine and kettle, so you will need to supply your own. There is a small airer to hang wet clothes, but it's not enough for 5 people. The wifi was slow. We were disappointed with our stay and will not be returning until the above issues are addressed. It is a real shame because the apartment has a lot of potential and is in a great location!

It smells well when entering directly in a small living-room. The flat has 3 small bedrooms with comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa in the living-room, but in the living-room there is light coming from a street lamp in front of the flat, not comfortable for those who sleep there. The main door is partly in glass and gives directly to the street, but it is not a noisy street as it is perpendicular to Calle an Pedro and one can feel safe in that area. It is practical to use a code instead of a key, everybody can arrive home when he wishes. The small rooms have air conditioning and clean sheets and towels, doors, one room has no window, but that can be an advantage for those who want to sleep more as in the other 2 rooms there is only a transparent curtain at the window, but not a lot of light as both rooms'windows overlook an interior courtyard, so the rooms cannot be really ventilated, better to leave the entrance door open for that. The kitchen is small, but enough space, it has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom is small, but good water pression. The flat is 200 m from Ikono Museum and Reina Sofia Museum, 4 min. walk to Prado Museun, 12 min walk to the center Porta del Sol, close to bus stations, underground, small supermarket Alcampo at 100 m, many restaurants nearby. It was a good price compared to other flats in the center.

Not easy to open the windows because the curtains block. The kids would have liked to buy icecreams, but there was no freezer in the fridge. The door in the shower has been repaired, but it still doesn't close completely. The air conditioning in the room with no window makes a little noise even when turned-off.

Me gustó la ubicación tan cercana al centro.

El mobiliario está antiguo y se nota, necesita algo de mejora. Para pasar una noche está bien.

Solo la ubicación

Lo sucio y descuidado que está, no un detalle con los huéspedes, ni siquiera un trapo para secar en la cocina. Ni pastilla para el lavavajillas. Las paredes manchadas y las puertas picoteadas. En fin un desastre.

la ubicación es buena

apartamento muy sucio,,, las sillas del comedor, sucias y manchadas, el baño se taqueaba, las camas muy incomodas y no tienen oscuridad, daba miedo caminar descalzo de lo sucio, las sabanas acabadas, las alcobas son super pequeñas e incomodas

Lo único rescatable es la cercanía a la estación Atocha, pero no te quedes aquí.

Cuando llegamos parecía que no le hubieran hecho aseo y limpieza al lugar, mal olor, cucarachas en las camas, baño sucio, pelos en el piso y camas, polvo por todos lados, mesa de comedor sucia, pareces sucias, colchones en mal estado resortes sobresalientes, FATAL. No hubo respuesta alguna del anfitrión. El baño tenía puerta de ducha que estaba dañada y no cerraba, definitivamente CERO recomendable. No había clóset ni mueble alguno para organizar ropa. Ácaros en camas y sofá, nos generó alergias estar en este sitio. Dejaron elementos de aseo en cocina, solo les faltó aclarar que la limpieza debíamos hacerla los huéspedes je je.

La ubicación

La mampara rota Las sillas muy sucias La puerta de la entrada con cristal transparente y nos veían los vecinos. El lavavajillas olía fatal. En el global de la estancia se estaba bastante incómodo.

Tenía buena ubicación y muy espacioso en un barrio tranquilo.

El checking era a las 3 de la tarde y llegamos y tuvimos que espéranos hasta las 3:15 porque aún no habían terminado de limpiar. Éramos 5 personas para una noche y solamente dejaron menos de la mitad del papel higiénico.
