Good location from station. Check-in was relatively smooth with good instructions

small rooms, the accommodation may feel unsafe at times as it opens out literally on to the street and we had some people stand right outside trying to peek in. Not the cleanest toilets. Also it was disappointing that I was pestered for about 2 month leading up to the booking by the hackers that hacked in to the host's booking.com account and besides just constantly messaging me to say 'don't follow the instructions of the hackers' in Spanish, not even a small compensation/remediation was offered for me to continue with the booking whilst trying to ensure I was not being scammed. Booking.com also gave 0 help about this issue

The location was perfect!!! So close to all the main points in the city. The entry was very easy, with a code on the door. We were three couples, so we could go in the apartment independently. The owner was in touch when he needed and everything was ok. Excellent accommodation for the money we paid!

The third bedroom had no window. It didn't bother us, but it should be written in the description.

La ubicación

Ventanas sin persianas y la puerta de la ducha rota, aparte de un solo baño no es suficiente. Necesitaría una mano de pintura y limpieza a fondo.

Die Lage war top: Nur wenige Minuten von Atocha in einer angenehmen, ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen. Die Museen und das Zentrum sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen.

Das Apartment muss dringend renoviert werden, alles ist recht abgewohnt, die Wände verschmutzt, die Badfugen gammelig. Die Tür der Duschkabine war völlig kaputt, das Nachttischlicht funktionierte nicht. Alles sehr hellhörig, laute Nachbarn, kaum Tageslicht.
