Good location and easy to find

Our stay was incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The apartment is advertised as suitable for six people, with a pull-out sofa. Two of the three bedrooms had no privacy curtains, and the third didn’t even have a window. This offered little comfort or privacy for a group stay. There were also very few power outlets, which meant we had to unplug other appliances just to charge our phones. One of the items we unplugged—completely unlabelled—turned out to be the lock box, leaving us locked out at 1 a.m. with no way to re-enter or contact anyone, despite a so-called “24-hour maintenance” service. No one responded until the office opened at 10 a.m., and even then it took another two hours for maintenance to arrive. When they did, we were blamed for the issue, despite the fact that the maintenance worker had to break the lock to get in—proving the system was not fit for purpose. This type of lock box should have a backup battery, and the fact that it didn’t is unacceptable, especially considering recent countrywide power outages in Spain. Adding to the safety concerns, the front door had a visible gap underneath and did not appear secure. For a property advertised as safe, spacious, and professionally managed, this was a complete letdown. The lack of essential amenities, basic labelling, proper security, and any kind of real-time support made the experience stressful and unsafe. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Very comfortable and clean

when we went to have breakfast and came back to the apartment the code was disabled . We couldn’t get inside , we came back at 11:15 am we wanted to check out at 12:00 . Thankfully housekeeping came .

The location of the apartment was ideal for our family. The interior space was lovely and the fact that everything was new made our stay very comfortable

The street light was very bright at night on the living room, though is something out of your control I guess. Also we did not have a way to lock the door from the inside and that made us feel a bit unsecure

Great location

A few things were broken (sofa, shower door, the front lock is stiff) but the host said they would fix it.
