GBGBCottages are hard to find in Arnside itself so I felt so pleased to find Mews Cottage. It is lovely. Very comfy and the garden and parking are great.
We had trouble using the hob so instructions would be useful. We used the microwave in the end .
GBPerfect for a weekend getaway, great location a short walk down to the estuary and the promenade, with the village shops and cafe. House is really nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped with good quality crockery, pans etc.
A couple more glasses wouldn't go a miss in the kitchen

IMThe property was easy to find and the key box meant we could enter when we arrived and not have to arrange collection as our boat was delayed x

Nothing not to like. The only issue for us is that it's on the outskirts of the village which meant , because of my husbands's mobility issues we had to use the car al the time, but no great hardship
GBGreat location to explore the area. House was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. It really was home from home. Paula was very communicative and instructions on how to enter the property were very clear, as was how to access the parking. The key safe at the back of the property as well as the front was great. I would definitely recommend this property.
GBLovely clean, well cared for property had all we could wish for to enjoy a family break in this delightful spot. Pauline really pays attention to detail. Super bonus for my granddaughter and I was a beautiful view of the Perseids meteor shower enjoyed from the comfort of my bedroom courtesy of the Velux window!!
Lighting in the living area was cosy but a little too dim for my personal preference. A minor niggle!!
