Struggled to light the wood burner so gave up but no idea why
GBFabulous cottage, beautifully presented, a great mix of modern and character. The host was very welcoming and it felt like you were staying in someone’s much cherished home. The area is lovely, plenty of walks, wildlife, cafes. We will definitely return!

GBThis is a beautiful cottage with lots of lovely little touches to it. It is quite a walk to the nearest shop on quite a steep hill. The nearest pub is just a little further than the shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we have a Springer Spaniel, so we enjoyed the plentiful areas to walk and as a bonus the pubs are dog friendly so we got to call in for a couple of drinks after our walks.
The car parking is to the rear of the property and the lane is in need of repairing so we were worried about damage that could be caused to the underside of our car whilst trying to manoeuvre in and out, although there is parking to the front if you can get in.
