GBSuperb cottage well appointed and clean. Comfy beds and plenty hot water. Good Wi-Fi and tv’s and great selection of books to read. Loved the conservatory which was really useful as our dog travelled with us. Generous supply of towels, toilet paper, kitchen roll and cleaning products/toiletries. Off street parking was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.
Would have been helpful if heated towel rail had worked. I’m guessing only heats up when heating is on. Also a nice touch would have been a box of tissues in each of the bedrooms. Other high end cottages I’ve rented have provided a welcome pack e.g milk, biscuits, dog treats, wine.
GBA beautifully presented cottage located an easy distance from The Lakes. From the moment you walk in you will know this was a good choice to stay. Immaculate with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout, the beds are amazingly comfortable and there's plenty of room in both bedrooms. The kitchen has been designed to a high specification. Chill in the conservatory or enjoy the relaxing back garden. We visited The Lakes on most days due to the easy distance and you're only an hour from Blackpool if you want something livelier. There is also private, undercover parking at the end of the back garden. So easy and so useful. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and has clearly spent money making this property what it is....which is amazing. We would highly recommend staying here for a holiday and it deserves the 10 score rating we've left.
