WhatsUpのアプリをダウンロードしたが慣れてないとその後がスムーズに進まない。予約した会社からIDがメールで届いてやっと中に入れた。滅茶苦茶不安だった。その後もスマホかIDを書いたメモを部屋に忘れて外に出た場合途方にくれるしかないと思った。不便なわりに値段は安くない。スタッフが常駐してない宿泊施設は二度と利用したくない。Booking.comは今後その点を強調して明記してほしい。
