Old communist style building in a quad block, all needing some tender loving care. The aircon unit was leaking dripping as you enter the room. The extra large double bed mattress was lumpy, the so called double bed was tiny (single duvet), and the sofa bed in the open plan sitting room / kitchen had no blinds or curtains so could not sleep in summer as too bright. There were old dirty socks etc in one of the draws. One of the dining chairs was hidden in a cupboard as it was broken, one of the other chairs was also broken, and the remaining two weren't much better. The doors and frames were grubby and the shower was leaking dangerously out of taps. No toiletries were provided and not enough toilet roll etc. We were continually hassled by email etc before arrival to pay a security deposit, direct to P&O.

We had booked 3 apartments in total. All very nice and spacious for a big group. Very clean and had everything we need and secure. Location was good as its right by the main train station if you come in from there. Plus its about 30 mins to the river which we were happy to walk around. All of the groups liked there apartments and the value for money was great

Instructions could of been clearer as we were given a code to get into the building but it's never mentioned that is the same code for the main gates to get in. Also on the one apartment that was in the other side of the road which wasn't a problem but to collect the key was from another location 40 mins walk away so I think the key should be organised so that it is where the apartment is.

Dirty sheets and not enough for 6 people. Few dishware, no strainer and few kitchen tools

We were pleasantly surprised, because reading the reviews we were worried that everything would not be as we wanted. Yes, it was dirty and worn in places, but for the price, everything is acceptable. Maybe there could have been more explanation about where the keys are.

The apartment is big and clean. Two separate bedrooms. The location is nice, close to the city center and main railway station. The apartment is big and clean.

The wifi didn't work. Also, I did't like the late check-in. Compared to many other places with the check-in at 14/15:00, it was too late to have check-in at 16:00 at this apartment. Check out at 11:00.

The property was dirty with trash from its last visitors. Matress are old and staind, shits are too small to hold or cover. Didn't prepare for the amount of people we reserved. No interent in the apartment. No place to hang washed closed. In all the property is shabby and not nice. The customer service ignored and did nothing to help. They refund not the full deposit amount... I would never recommend
