Location was quite good, small supermarket in the next building. Nice apartment in the top floor with solid kitchen.

Good value for money, spacious apartment

The location is nice

The house itself is quite old and has a vibe of student housing. The apartment is relatively modern, but: 1. you have to pick up keys in a different location and only from 16.00 2. the shower didn’t work properly, only the ceiling shower head worked 3. bed linen and towels were super old & the duvet and pillows had stains 4. had to pay a deposit of ~80€ prior to receiving instructions on how to get the keys 5. the instructions were not very clear

there was a conditioner in the flat. It worked.

Dirty linen, insufficient bedding, pillows. Communication with staff very bad. Doesn't address problems, indifference, illogical answers

Close distance to the railway station

Very rude conversation, didn’t even tried to resolve the mess they done. I suppose to pay and collect the keys at the property but day bed my trip I’ve got email with link to force me to pay + deposit at least 24hrs before arrival otherwise I’ll not be given instructions where to collect keys from. I had to travel to the other side of Warsaw to pick keys up then back to property. At the property was an issue with blocked shower drain which wasn’t resolved also quite messy with cobwebs in every corner.all day noise from Building site 10 yards from the property wasn’t helpful.
