Location was good, apartment was clean and everything was as it should be.

The check in process was a bit complicated, I had to download an app to unlock the door.

The decor was very inviting. The location is super close to everything we wanted to do

Booking.com was a bit of a challenge for myself. I am not super computer literate so navigating the signing in process to obtain the keys were a challenge. My daughter who speaks Spanish was able to help. She said it was easy

The location is great - in the heart of Triana, very close to the city center. The apartment is spacious. I also liked the possibility of flexible check-in/ check-out due to the keys in a locker.

I specifically chose this apartment for its heating (apart location), knowing Seville homes can be cold in winter if no heating provided. Upon arrival, I found two electric heaters, but one had a broken, sparking cable that caused a short circuit. I informed the owner and sent photos as requested, but there was no apology or solution—just a thank-you. Fortunately, it wasn’t too cold, and we managed by moving the only working heater around, though one bedroom remained unheated. Check-in was also stressful. The owner sent the entry code two days early, but it expired before our arrival. She didn’t answer calls but responded to messages after 5–10 minutes. While the issue was resolved quickly, the uncertainty was unsettling when traveling with family in a foreign country. Overall, I expected more hospitality and a cozier apartment, but despite these inconveniences, our stay was fine with no major issues.

Good location. Nice amount of space for family of four. Very typical Spanish apartment with long corridor and rooms off it. Comfortable beds.

I love the spacious, huge apartment and the neighbourhood. The area was really quiet. I definitely recommend it. Location was in beautiful Triana in quite street. Close to everything. Appartment was also very clean. We did not have any issue with water which I read in previous opinion.

I was rather dark apartment and cold inside ( there was a remove heater but it's our fault we did not use it) Sometimes I heard very clearly other Airbnb neighbours talks because their window was opened, but of course it can happen anywhere.
