Great location next to quay. Excellent value. Very good breakfast. Friendly hosts.

Excellent freshly cooked breakfast, lovely room too, and a friendly welcome.

Just that the bathroom sin k was a bit small.

Karen and Kevin were a really nice and kind landlords,breakfast was spot on. They were there to talk with us,make sure everything is great. Bar staff also was very friendly and nice. Love Ilfracombe, not the first time we came to visit and definitely not the last. Thank you Karen and Kevin That was my husband birthday and Kevin was so nice and put a candle on his full english breakfast and made the birthday weekend more memorable🥰

Nothing to "not like"

I was greeted really nicely and helped with my bags. The location was excellent as I was travelling to Lundy Island in the morning. Because of this my breakfast order was taken that night so it would be ready with enough time for me to eat and still get to the ferry. I am even more appreciative that they stored one of my bags for me while I was on Lundy as I was intending to return for another night after being on the Island. The weather got in the way of my planned return but they were understanding and friendly when I was able to get back.
