PLBeautiful and HUGE villa with stunning view. Location quite nice - higher than city centre but still close to everything. Owner is very responsive person and is reacting quickly to every issue. Even though we had few problems at the house - he managed it quite well.
In front of the house (view from terrace) is construction site that is not on the photos. Intrusive noises start at 8 am and last until 4 pm. From Monday till Saturday… so if you want to chill in the house most of the time - choose other place :) beside that - be aware that in front of the pool, there is street lamp, that is shining quite a lot during the night.
CAThe location of the villa is wonderful. It is located close to some great levada walks and right below the villa is the quaint town of ponto do sol where there is a swimming location, great restaurants/bars. The villa is well equipped and comfortable for cooking, all appliances are new and modern, everything functions very well, the views can't be beat and are seen in every room. The beds are comfy and there are ample bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms and one half bath.The size of the pool is spectacular and not only that, it is saltwater and its heated! Parking is convenient and private for the property with a locked gate. There was four of us but the house can accommodate more than 1 family easily. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back hopefully soon.
FRTrès belle maison avec une vue incroyable dans toutes les pièces. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine à débordement, le salon et sa vue panoramique, les chambres confortables … On s’endort avec le bruit de la mer ! Bref une très belle et agréable location !
PLThe best house I ve ever booked. Very clean, modern, fully equipped with breathtaking view from the terrace and huge swimming pool. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner Clive is a nice and honest person who is always ready to help. Surely I will visit this place again
