Surf City 2BR Model Home with Pool and Boat Ramp Access

Cozy, clean, close to beach, friendly campground . Perfect place to stay with a dog- places to walk, outdoor dog wash, fun dog park.

Some maintenance needs done (missing blind, not lockable sliding door) and air freshener system was very overwhelming.

Location was great .

Parking was difficult for large vehicles. That should be communicated upfront.

The location was great, people were very friendly and accommodating. Great facilities for dogs and people.

Internet could have been better.

The house was just the right size for 2 adults a fur baby. Setup worked for both of us. We had friends at beach front surf City. We did use the laundry room dip in pool met and talked to new friends. All amenities were great. Full size fridge bar bistro table and chairs micro k cup coffee maker and a little set up for coffee, creamers, sugars utensils cooking. Towels were furnished. We will probably used this property again.. Thank you!

The home has 3 internet routers. Which worked early in the morning and late at night. We would leave TV on for pup nothing but screen saver after a short trip to store. We took our computer to stream and watch tv . We sat on short couch to watch tv and no cushions just springs, it is well used. . We used pillows for comfort. Nothing negative to say. We really enjoyed our stay.

Could have used a few more rugs for the entryway's because well sands a booger

The house was not that clean. You couldn't sit on the couch unless you put a sheet down because it was dirty and stained. There was no place to put your clothes. When we got there we had 2 used rolls of toilet paper with not much left on either of them. The shower floor was a lot of soap scum. The coffee pot didn't work and they brought a working one that was dirty. The staff brought us toilet paper when we called and we appreciate that. We loved the location of our site and the distance to the beach.
