Good value for money. The apartment is clean, cozy and in a good location in the city near the train station. Thanks to the host for the warm welcome.

Many thanks to Elena for her flexibility regarding our arrival time, which changed because of travel issues. The apartment was very nice as well as absolutely perfectly clean. Such a large space for the two of us for one night felt like such a luxury! The apartment is furthermore very well located and easy to find when arriving from the train station (10 minutes on foot max even with luggage).

The location and the amenities. The host was incredible, the place was spotless and very close to the city center.

The host did not show up at the agreed time. She did not speak any English. There was this automatic 'house perfume sprayer' that was so potent, it left us coughing through the night. We booked a double bed, but received two separate beds. While showing around the other guests, the host tried to open our door without knocking

Well located, a short walk from the station. The room was spacious and very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom facilities are very good - they're shared but only with one other room. Elena was very helpful. There is a very good cafe about 100 metres down via Giovanni della Casa on the left - a 10 euros lunch of bottled water, good pasta and coffee, and a proprietor who helped us connect to their wi-fi.

Nothing significant - unlocking the door to the building from the street can be a bit fiddly, you must push the door whilst turning the key, and the air-conditioning in the apartment just coped with the warm weather.
