Great location for Royal Ascot. Nice home with all the facilities you need.

The beds were hard and the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, made sleeping difficult.

The property was clean & comfortable with modern look. Rooms were as pictured. Netflix available on big TV & nice dining area which all looked quite new. Ample cutlery, plates & glasses.

Bathroom could do with upgrade. Pillows all way to hard for comfortable sleeping. Beds sit low but had tall bedside tables. Clothes airer needed for washed clothes.

Very spacious property - cleaned carefully before we arrived.

Some attention needed to flooring in places as it is cracking. Bed mattresses are acceptable but could consider a memory foam topper to increase comfort.

Beautifully, yet simple, decor. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Easy to get to. Substantial parking.

There’s some pretty heavy water damage on the kitchen ceiling and it has mold on it. I’m fairly allergic to mold and woke up very congested due to that.
