Bad service and dirty room and also expensive

De kamer was niet echt proper en het is er heel gehorig. Er liggen oordopjes klaar maar zonder kan je absoluut niet slapen. Er was ook maar 1 wc rol voor 2 dagen. Er liggen pubs/discotheken waar je veel last van hebt of je moet er binnen zijn🤣

Stayed here several times in last 12 months, including for longer periods. Which means, generally, I value the place. However, standards seem to be slipping.

- Had a room at the backside, which is now open space, and close to the bars and parking space of businesses in the next street, and to some construction works ongoing. Meaning: noise disturbance including into the night. Nothing much the hotel can do (they actually provide ear plugs) but nevertheless annoying and possibly a major problem for guests there for work. - Standards seem to be slipping, means: e.g. a key card that doesn't work anymore hence a key to replace it, a paper card holder that is probably 6 mths old thus dirty and messy, the common steam cabin that has never worked properly in last 8 months so far as I know, two nights there this time and twice no coffee was replaced with second time asking answer being: sorry we're out of stock... Hmm.

Comfortable bed .Clean rooms .Nice staff. Complementary water downstairs is a nice touch for long term guests

I had to keep asking for the steam room and sauna to be put on and staff will be quick to turn it off as to preserve electricity. This was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons for me booking this hotel

Great location. Nice room. Comfortable.

The internet was ridiculously slow and when I asked they said please wait until tomorrow. Cigarette ends on the balcony left by previous guests ( room was spotless) Was asked to produce my invoice at checkout. Check-in and check-out were more difficult than they need to be
