Lovely hotel with nice rooms

Lobby has a very strong perfume smell. Very overwhelming. Our room (odd numbered room) was facing a small street with a bar that played insanely loud music and base from 5pm to 7 am making sleep impossible. Even with the hotel supplied ear plugs. We switched to the other side (even room number) and it was 1000% better.

"Good location - needs improvements"

The room is nice looking and has a good shower. The hotel is in a great location close to lots of sights and restaurants/bars.

The check in time is very strict, we arrived at 14:10 and were told we needed to wait till 15:00 to check in, when I'm very certain the room was already free as the hotel was quiet. This is the same at the other Check Inn hotel in PP too. The wifi didn't work, and the tv in the room also didn't work. I think the hotel has gone for style over good customer service which I don't think works in Cambodia.
