Breakfast was very good! The staff was incredible, very helpful, and very nice. And when we stayed there, we were having a huge problem with lost luggage and all the staff helped us a lot, in every way they could!

The music when we went to bed.

Our presidential suite was very spacious

Check in was supposed to be 4:00. We arrived to upset customers waiting to check in. It took an hour and a half! Never greeted and no explanations.

"Close enough from the airport and las americas mall as well as old San Juan…. Driving distance that is. There is a Walm"
