Ciqala Suites Hotel - San Juan

At first, i was skeptical about the hotel. But our turned out very warm. The front desk staffs are very helpful and caring. I had mistakenly booked my hotel a day before my actual arrival, when I called them and requested cancellation for the first day, they easily rescheduled my stay without any fee, even though it was a last hour change. The location is also good with grocery store, restaurants and bus stops within 8 minutes of walking distance. There is a convenience store just next building to buy last minute essentials. They also have a shuttle that takes you to the beach. We stayed in their signature suit and it has a kitchenette with cooking pots and utensils which was helpful for some small meal preps for our family including a toddler. Also they have a roof top restaurant and pool with amazing view of the city. Parking is free but the spaces are compact. Be mindful the rooms are without carpets on the floors which was little unexpected from other mainland hotels. But overall our stay was good.

Everything was Perfect. I love the room, the breakfast was so good and the rooftop was amazing drinks, food and atmosphere. Everyone was very nice. 10/10 recomended🫶🏼

This place was perfect!!!! Didn’t want to leave. Zero complaints whatsoever.
