Ciqala Suites Hotel - San Juan

The breakfast was decent. I wish they offered milk substitutes. The check in/out was fine. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived (we did arrive early) but they held our luggage so we didnt have to carry it around. They also got us a taxi the next morning to take us to the cruise port.

Very big and clean.

Street felt a bit unsafe, but maybe it's just me.

The facilities and room were clean. The room was very nice and cozy. Breakfast was great and arrived on time. Had a great stay.

Parking at the location It’s very small and complicated to maneuver. Bigger than a damask SUV will not fit. There’s a separate parking lot 2 properties down, but no one told me at the time. It’s in front of the street and I’m unsure how secure it is.

Cool location

Great large room. Nice amenities. Excellent restaurant and very helpful staff . Wonderful rain shower and double sinks. Very lose to cruise terminal.

Elevators in poor condition. Noisy operation equipment at night. Somewhat rigid late checkout policy. Very poor television setup. Uses roku type system. . Multiple remotes without directions.
