No breakfast, good location

No wifi, no shuttles, no good communication with staff bathroom is not private, it is next to other room and the shower needs a really good cleaning, people next room were noisy at night we had to get up early 5:00 am to leave

The aircon was very good, and location was pretty central to Piazza Tasso, about 15 minute walk.

No kettle, no toilet seat, stains on beds, very well worn couch which looked like it had been scratched by animal claws. The handle for the bedroom balcony was broken on arrival. The doors kept blowing open when we were out, but luckily we had the shutters down. The hot water ran out after 10 minutes.

Advertising very poor as photos and description show it as an apartment. It also does not say it is just a room which is privately run, and that bathroom is across a communal corridor and balcony is shared. Mould in shower and impossible to open window for ventilation. Bathroom had to be locked and unlocked every time it was used. The furniture is very tired and the bed was rock hard. Pool has plastic chairs only to sit on as other furniture is labelled 'private'. Poor value for money. A little too far from Centre for us too. Since leaving this review, the owner has cancelled our booking so it looks like we didnt stay there and can only assume he thinks we cannot say any more. Booking.com will not refund and part of the fee when we have requested it.
