Deluxe 3 bedroomed caravan on Marton Mere with CH DG and decking

It was clean and spacious and comfortable

Caravan was ideally located near the entrance to the park (& bus stop if required) & was a short drive to everything Blackpool had to offer..Lady who owns it helped with our queries & refunded our deposit within 2 weeks without any prompting. If ever back in Blackpool, I would stay there again. Ideal for the dog too.

Caravan was a bit more basic than I'd expected & only had one shower. I'd mistakenly thought there were 2 as pictures show the same shower but with different doors. It was fine for us, 3 adults & 2 kids for 2 nights.

Dirty make up pads on the bed room floor. Stains on the carpet. Despite messages the lady she still has not returned my deposit so I had to escalate it to a book to sort out.

Location was great

Caravan was not as big as I expected and very unclean, I definitely would not describe it as deluxe. The owner arrived shortly after us (after 3pm check in time) to clean and change the bedding giving the excuse that trains had held her up. I'm both angry and disappointed that I didn't receive my damage deposit back, more so as I felt I had to clean myself properly after Elaine had left after already impinging upon our time. There is no way that this caravan is ever professionally cleaned between customers, Also you might want to look at the back of the cushions in the lounge area as they are covered in mold. The property was certainly left in a better state that how we found it. Would not stay here again and could not possibly recommend to anyone else

The Caravan was very clean and spacious for a caravan. Separate Toilet and shower room with central heating in every room. Lovely and warm after the Blackpool weather.

Very comfortable and had everything you needed. Nice quiet location on park and ideal for dogs. Owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
