"Schöne, bequeme und leider laute Unterkunft in den Hamptons"

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, innen und außen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unweit des Wassers und eines kleinen Strands gelegen. Das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück und das gemütliche Zimmer mit einem großem und bequemen Bett haben mir gefallen.

Leider liegen die Zimmer sehr nah an einer auch nachts stark befahrenen Straße (East Montauk Highway). Die Geräuschkulisse der Autos hat mich ebenso wie die geräuschvolle und kleine Klimaanlage sehr gestört. Im Zimmer hätte ich mir einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, Gläser und einen Kühlschrank gewünscht. Ein TV habe ich nicht vermisst. Schon eher eine Handbrause in der Dusche und mehr als 2 Bügel im Schrank. 350$ Kaution waren beim Check-In als Sicherheit zu hinterlegen. Bei einem Preis von über 440$ pro Nacht hatte ich mir mehr versprochen, ganz besonders einen ruhigen Ort zur Erholung in den Hamptons. Schade.
