Staycation at Tagaytay 1733 Wind Residences with Taal Lake view WIFI and free parking

We booked 4pax however I forgot to include our driver we asked we if we could just add 1pax and willing to pay, their solution is to get another room and we still cannot join in one room because the maximum pax is good for only 4pax. We ended getting another room just for our driver (friend)and unfortunately we our units are in tower 2 and tower 5 imagine the inconvenience. I get the fact that it is a policy but the inconvenience is on the highest level. Their solution didn't work for us.

The receptionist/caretaker was polite and nice. The place is clean enough which is rare for staycation in the Philippines.

The owner didn't provide 3 towels, even when she knew before check in we were a pack of three. The time period for check-in is from 14:00-17:00.

The place itself is cozy, bed was comfy, everything in the place was good.

Towels are for 2 pax only, but I booked for 4 pax.

I don't like the apartment is so dirty inside the room .the bathroom is so nasty and the kitchen I very disappointed. this my honest review

the place is nice ,but the room is not good very dirty and the bed is broken ,and the cover is so old .this place only I'm not satisfied
