The owner and the caretaker are very responsive if I have any concerns. The location is good considering that it's close to many establishments. One good thing about our stay is the free parking because the owner has its own slot for parking. It's clean naman and still a good place to stay in.

Our major concern is the bathroom bulb, sometimes it turns on sometimes it won't. The remote of the TV is hard to press and gave us a hard time to pick for a movie on Netflix. And also the water heater is not working. I also thought they had a balcony but nevertheless, you can still see the taal view from the glass window.

"our stay was excellent!"

the unit was clean, complete just like house. easy to access the unit no traffic in elevator.. a huge front garden where in u can sit while watching playing the kids.. the pool was enjoying specially to my kids. the weather was good.
