Hotel Azul de la Plaza by Chat Noir

The location on the plaza was great. The view of the cathedral from Room 109 was outstanding, especially at night when it was lit up. The breakfast was good but not a lot of variety. The bed was large and comfortable. The walk in shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and soap were provided. There was a water dispenser next to reception to fill up your water bottle. I didn't mind the stairs or the need to buzz in and out at times. The staff were great. Laundry was very convenient and done the same day for $5. Reception was great at calling for taxis.

The shower floor could get quite slippery when wet.

The guy that makes the night shift (Gabriel) is very rude. Put loud music in early morning and don’t put it down when asked The certain of the window is thin. Lots of light go inside from the street during the night.
