Personal siempre muy amable y servicial

The location was good.

I checked in with a friend around 8:30 pm and was given a sticky small room with a window to the hallway . No way to get fresh air in there, and the small fan would not help either . We stayed there for about 2 hours and finally decided to leave this place, because it would have been impossible to sleep there or get some rest. But the worst was just to come : When we went downstairs and said we would be leaving , the guy from the front desk made us stay ( he wouldn’t open the locked front door) until going upstairs and check the room . We were wondering what for, there was no minibar in there and the ugly towels were sure not worth of taking along . When he came downstairs he said there was a stain in the sheets and he had to charge us extra for that. I speak fluently Spanish and at first I thought I didn’t hear right. But he insisted , showed us a picture of the stain that was probably in the sheet due to a little injury at my leg. I told him I had never heard of such thing such as paying extra for a stain in the sheet , no matter what the reason for that was. He kept insisting of us paying or he wouldn’t open the door. I got furious , and told him to open the door, or otherwise I would call the police, as I felt kept hostage there for a ridiculous reason. My impression was that he was homophobic and I also told him that , besides I think he wanted to make up for the excellent deal (25$/ night) and squeeze some extra money out of us. After a discussion of maybe 10 minutes, he finally called his female boss whom I told that I was not gonna pay and she finally made him open the door and let us go. I have never in my entire life experienced such an embarrassing and ridiculous situation. Don’t stay there, these people just try to rip you off.

La ubicación en relación a la tranquilidad que rodea a la plaza San Sebastian. Estuvimos en la segunda planta con vista a la plaza y es bonito poder ver como inicia y termina un día desde un balcón y cuarto con aires europeos.

Por lo observado en los pisos y cuarto están aún haciendo mejoras y remodeliaciones. Ojalá las terminen pronto para mejorar esos puntos que descuadran un poco toda la arquiterctura. Dato extra, la TV. Es verdad que uno viaja para salir, pero también que si el clima no lo permite, quieres por lo menos ver unos videos o serie; y aquí el punto más bajo de nuestra experiencia es que no contaba con Smart TV ni Chrome Cast o Roku, por lo que no se pudo utilizar el buen WiFi que tienen en la TV.

Tout était parfait. Très propre, personnel très professionnel et agréable, repas parfait et rapport qualité prix impeccable.

TODO EN ABSOLUTO!!! Excelente ubicación, la decoración muy linda, la atención y seriedad ☺️ La habitación podría parecer pequeña pero es muy agradable y cálida ❤️

La puerta del baño no se cerraba bien, tampoco la del balcón, podía escuchar a bulla de mi alrededor tanto de la calle como de los otros huéspedes
