Very close to Iulius Mall and other facilities, including the FSEGA college which is just across the street.

The position was very well located and the view was nice.

But to be honest paying the price for like a hotel room and reviving a very small room and sharing the facilities with another 2 two rooms like in the students campus, is a bit unfair. Anyway, it is Cluj so the people are trying to speculate and sell even the air if possible, thinking that it is Las Vegas.
