Pay attention to the fact that this is a room in a 3 bedroom apartment/flat, with a shared kitchen and bathroom!! Most of all, the central location with public transport and Iulius Mall close by was a big plus. Allocated parking spot and easy location/apartment access following the instructions provided. The room was very clean, heated 24/7, and a very comfy bed. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and tidy, provided with everything needed, such as toiletries and appliances (microwave, cooker, fridge) in good working condition.

The room was quite small (room n⁰2), no television and no access to the balcony. Biggest minus, no privacy at all! You can literally hear every single noise from the other rooms if any guests are staying at the property. As a recommendation, the small wardrobe in room n⁰2 needs to be rearranged or replaced with a smaller one, as you can't fully access it, so there is no point keeping it inside. Would be great a wine bottle opener!

Great location, just by the lake. Easy instructions on how to find the apartment , fast communication with the owner. The bed is very comfortable, linen is clean, there was an extra plaid in the wardrobe. The central heating was on maximum, so it was super warm and comfortable in all the apartment (thank you for that), .

We couldn’t find an electric kettle, which would be much better to have in the kitchen rather than using a gas stove. But it’s a minor thing. Additionally , I’d recommend to change blue lamps or bulbs for a standard color, as it may not be comfortable for the eyesight for some people., esp if they work with a laptop.
