"Hot tub break"

The house was well equipped and very clean on arrival, the hot tub was up to temperature and also very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the treat hamper was a very nice touch.

The house has everything you could need. Very well thought out and very comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub in the small private back garden. Location is great. We will come back for a longer break to see more of the area.

"A fabulous place to stay!"

What a fabulous place to stay! We absolutely loved the welcoming feel as soon as we walked in, particularly with the gift hamper, including a bottle of wine. We parked outside the house right through our stay and it was a quiet street with a shop and nice cafes around the corner, a few minutes from the seafront too. We loved the hot tub in the early evening with the lights changing and the temperature just right, inside and out as we had decent weather for a change! The decor is great throughout, comfortable sofas, lovely artwork and of course the amazingly comfy beds!! We needed the heating on later on the evening/early morning but it was easy to use and the house heated up quickly so we were cosy and relaxed. Definitely worth a stay if you're in Scarborough and great hosting/communication from Simon throughout. Thank you!

There was a lovely welcome pack, the host was very attentive and efficient with messages so that we could get in quickly, the facilities were fantastic, and it is only a short walk to the beach, Peasholm Park, bars etc. We didn't get to experience the bar side this time as we had our twin toddlers with us however we will most definitely be returning :) hopefully with better weather this time!

Exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable beds. This place is located perfectly near Peasholm Park, there are great cafes at the bottom of the street. The host was fab, very quick communication when we had a little issue with the hot tub.
