There have been a few other reviews with same issues as us. 1. The driveway is not ideal, it’s bumpy and has a dip at end so if you don’t drive/reverse at an angle you’ll scrape your car. There’s parking on the road but after a long day out you want to just be able to park outside and not lug all your shopping from front to the end of driveway. Last house of 4 units. 2. The bins were full on arrival but rubbish collection was 2 days after. Owner organised someone to come take bins out on collection day. We stayed for 2 weeks but only 1 extra trash bag provided, can buy your own but for long stays you’d expect a little more. 3. The lawns weren’t done on arrival, however someone turned up the following day without notice to do them and was very loud so I needed to contact owner as I was in a meeting which he responded that I can let person know to come back another day and that we were not informed as maintenance is booked as a reoccurring job. 4. There isn’t sufficient seating. The place carters for large groups but there’s only 4 running chairs plus one bar stool. You’ll have to eat on lounge suite to fit. 5. There isn’t sufficient pots and pans especially for large groups. The pot and pan provided are very small plus they are stainless steel non stick ones and if you don’t know how to use them then you’re left to google how to. 6. It wasn’t cleaned properly, there were stains everywhere and on window by the stairs my kids pointed out a rude drawing at top which only means it hadn’t been cleaned that far up. 7. There are no instructions on how to use the HRV system again you’re left to google and try figure it out without having to contact the owner. 8. There’s no coffee like mentioned in description just tea. 9. Plates are kept in a cabinet in lounge under tv and again if you don’t go looking or have any details you won’t know. 10. Dishwasher again if you don’t know how to work one there are no instructions and need to buy more pods.

The location was great

Not enough dining space for 8. Wasn’t enough cups for 8 people. No more rubbish bags to refill the bin. Rubbish was left by the front of the house from previous people. One of the shower heads kept flying off of the holder while in use. Ants all over the kitchen bench and bin area including bread on bench. Ants also in the bedroom. Would love some extra blankets and pillows as well for winter months so the heaters aren’t needed.

House was very good, suited what we needed well. Would book again.

There was no frying pan or spatula we had to go and buy our own to cook breakfast. Long shared uphill driveway.

The location. Cleanliness was great, absolutely loved having access to a washing machine and drier.

Wouldn’t go as far as I didn’t like - we couldn’t seem to find the recycling bin when needed to dispose of cans and plastic bottles. Also, the driveway is a shocker for standard height vehicles especially if you are not skilled in angling your vehicle without scrapping.

Property was great, good room sizes.

Outdoor grass was not maintained and was too much grown, so kids didn’t get a chance to play outside.

I liked the spacious bedrooms. And the lounge.

It was not clean. I feel like with the high cleaning fee, it should have been in spectacular condition. We found hair and sticky messes on the floors. Oil marks from previous visitors in the bathroom. Had to wash all the dishes before using them as some had food on them still. No cleaning cloths for kitchen bench. Had to buy our own. No extra rubbish bags. Only had 2 in the main bin, which is not enough if you stay for a few nights. No preparedness for using the oven. The carpet in the dining room has never been cleaned. It was really gross.

Location great, ideal for adult family members getting together. Clean

Backyard not very appealing to sit out in.
