It was a convenient location to other things, but my brothers bed was broken and he wasn't able to get ANY sleep. They were supposed to refund me for the two final days, but I have not received ANYTHING!

High rates, I told them my check in time was at one and they made me wait til 3pm

I didn't like that my service animal was let out of my room then the hotel room my staff not only that they told me that my dog opened the door to the elevator my room door was opened when I arrived back they kept my $75 saying that my service dog took a carp when I know better .The female I believe her name was Leanne or something like that was very rude and unprofessional I would never allow my staff to handle any of my guest or customers such as when I asked for help I was not given any when I asked for information t ok contact a higher up I was not provided with any I called Monday 07/08/24 t ok speak to a manger left my # and still no call back so the manger Maria does not or could careless if I was happy with my stay

Room wasn't what I paid for, wasn't allowed to cancel with a refund after being told they had to inspect my room daily due to prostitution problems. Nothing to cook on, not a kitchenette. I was told if I canceled I'd still be charged for the room.
