The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very . We are happy with our room, it's quiet the heater is working well, we are I. A corner unit and have mo next door neighbors and rarely hear the upstairs ones. It's very easy to walk in and be seen steps from our vehicle. Parking is kind of tight nit so far, we have been able to park fairly close to our unit. The last place we stayed was loud and disruptive at all hours of the day and night. So bring here feels such better. They had no problem with our cat and the pet deposit was only $25. Which is not terrible at all. We like it here.one of the best features in the room is the large refrigerator. Most places only have mini friges, it's wonderful to have a real fridge what a treat!

I wish this room had a bathtub but the shower is extremely large and there is a Ben h you can sir on and let the steam warm and sootheyour muscles and clear your lungs, it's not as hood as a long hot bath but it is enjoyable and does help arthritic bones feel better. That there is a huge supply of very hot water is a bonus. Overall especially since it's clean and quiet. There really isn't much we don't like at all

The facility was duper well put together , the staff was punctual & professional, tended to your needs instantly & the GM is outstanding when it comes to customer service , knows how to manage a team & is a super personable woman. The woman working the front desk in Am Candice I believe her name is is awesome as well really professional

There wasn't anything I disliked

Everything was great. Clean and staff were really nice.

My son has a service dog, and even though I showed them paperwork that I'm not required to show anyway, the manager still argued with me that I didn't have enough paperwork or some kind of service card that I have never had. The ADA does not require people with service animals to show "proof" that my dog is an actual service dog. I usually don't have an issue showing her training paperwork to avoid dealing with people who don't know the law but it was a lot for her to argue that I didn't have enough paperwork and treatened to charge me per day if I didn't produce it.
