Sehr gute Lage.

Die Wohnung hat ein Bett und eine Schlafcouch. Es war aber nur ein Laken und eine Decke hergerichtet. Wenn ich mit einem Freund anreise, will ich mir lange nicht das Bett mit ihm teilen. Der Kostenaufwand für genügend Bettwäsche ist nicht sehr hoch und sollte nicht gescheut werden. Die Matratze im Bett war außerdem zu weich. Die Tür ging nachts mit dem Code nicht auf. Die Vermieterin ist zwar schnell angereist, um die Tür zu öffnen. Solche Fehler sollten aber nicht passieren.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in very nice area. Few steps away there are restaurants, shops, pizza stations and bars. Mazzini station is at 7 to 10 minutes walk. The centre is accessible by bus (stop is near) or you may walk. The apartment is equipped with all that you may need during a long or short stay. Check in and out was smooth. The balcony is a plus.

A large, spacious apartment with a balcony, a clean bathroom, and all modern amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Very close to the city center, with a few bus stops or just a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well-lit, tastefully furnished, and ideal for both short and long stays. Fast Wi-Fi and comfortable beds make it perfect for remote work or relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The apartment is roomy and stylishly decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. It feels like a home rather than a commercial let, and there is a welcome attention to detail in the many ways it has been made comfortable. The host was friendly, and quick and easy to deal with on WhatsApp. The building is peaceful and felt secure. Although a good 20 mins walk from the Old Town centre, the apartment has local bars, bakeries, restaurants and a good-sized supermarket all within strolling distance..

The apartment had everything, the location is really good, you have lots of supermarkets, ATM machines, coffee places and restaurants. Just 5/7min walking from one of the train stations. Safe and nice neighborhood. Jhany was super nice and always replied to may text messages :)

There was no sofa (only a small bed in the living room) and it was a bit cold this days and the apartment was cold too. And there’s no tv in the room. The tv on the kitchen should be on the room.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very, very clean, fully equipped, close to the bus station and all you needed was close to its location. The check-in and check out process was simple and the information sent before by the host was easy to follow. Bonus points for the neighbourhood, quite and nice. Also you have good pizza nearby, coffee, gelato.

A location to our liking - very clean, spacious, kitchen very well equipped with washing machine, dishes, iron, air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom.  The apartment is located in a shady residential area, which has nearby means of public transport, a supermarket (Conad), shops, pharmacies. On the corner of the street you can drink morning coffee in a very nice place.  We had a very welcoming stay and if we return to Bologna, we will definitely stay here again.  The owner was very communicative and provided us with all the necessary information.
