The apartment is spacious and perfect for families and groups of friends. It has two bedrooms and a very small balcony. It is quiet because all the windows face the inner courtyard. The apartment is about a 3-minute walk from the bus stop, making it easy to reach the city center, but it is also a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city center on foot. A large grocery store is about a 5-minute walk away. The owner is very kind, helpful, and provided us with very precise instructions. I would gladly book this accommodation again anytime.

The beds are not the most comfortable as the mattress is quite worn-out.

Birds chirping in the morning, the balcony with view to a garden with pines. It was a pleasant temperature in the morning and evening so we didn't need the air conditioning. The apartment is quiet, you can't hear the noise of the street. The kitchen is fully equipped, the glasses for wine and proseco are on the bottom left cupboard. About 35 min walking to the city center but the bus station is 3 minutes away and has good connections to the center and the train station Bologna Centrale (27A/B). So we like the location and enjoyed the small walking to the center under the shade of a portico. Communication with Jhany was fast and easy either on booking or whatsapp, she is very friendly. Easy checkin and checkout, a bit too many keys :) but better to be safe. Good caffe shops and pizza around, SPAN Pizzeria is great. We enjoyed our stay and we would like to stay here again when in Bologna.

The mattress a bit too soft for by back.

The host is very friendly and responsive. According to the instructions, you can easily find the apartment. The check-in was very simple. The apartment looks the same as in the pictures,it was clean.we loved that she paid attention to the details. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was also coffee and water prepared for us when we arrived, and we really appreciate it. The bus station is very close, but you can reach the old city by walking also. I will definitely recommend this place. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. Helpful note for coffee lovers: The coffee machine is Bialetti and has a different capsule size. But there is also Bialetti Moka Pot as an alternative.

Bad smell in bathroom.

In my opinion, the accommodation is perfect, the apartment has everything you need and even more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, a microwave, a stove and all the other things you need to prepare a meal. The bathroom is neat and clean like the rest of the apartment, which was very important to me. The washing machine is in the bathroom, so it's definitely a great option for someone who is staying longer in Bologna. As for Mr. Jhanny, he was unobtrusive and yet always available for anything I needed during my stay. He responds to messages in a very short time, explains some things with a picture attached. The apartment is unlocked with a code received via message from the owner. The man even left us Netflix if anyone is interested, so he did everything to make our stay as good as possible. There is a bus stop a minute away where you can wait for a bus to any part of the city, which is a big plus for those who don't like longer walks, the center of Bologna is about 3 km away, the main bus station is 3.5 km away, the train station is about 3.6 km away.

The place is very clean & have a good ambiance.The owner is very nice and helpful and very accommodating.I wish we stayed longer coz I really loved the place.The owner let us leave our luggage for our early check in.Very helpful owner.

I wished there’s an elevator coz we had baggage and we need to carry all upstairs.
