Location is the only good thing about this apartment.

The communication is very poor that I have to use google translate just to understand what they are messaging to me. Our arrival was very disappointing no instructions given until we arrive in the apartment and we have to get some help from the tenants in able to get in to the apartment. Luckily a maintenance guy was there and called the company so we can get in. The apartment is ok but not totally comfortable, kitchen facilities are very poor, plates are all worn out with chips and dents.

Está bien situado,apartamento amplio 4 habitaciones y 3 baños.Magnífico para 9 personas. En general calidad/precio está bien con algunas cosas mejorables.

Falta mantenimiento,el sofá tenía lamparones enormes (con limpiarlos con una limpia tapicerías no estaría así) y da muy mala sensación y grimilla sentarse en él,pero lo peor es que en una de las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal no había persiana, está el mecanismo pero no la persiana y en esa misma habitación la puerta no cierra,pues tropieza con el marco, luego el baño externo de las habitaciones tiene una gotera justo encima del wc. La comunicación con el alojamiento es algo deficiente pues a veces te dicen una cosa y luego es otra. Y por último,nos llegó un mochilero a la puerta al que según él le habían dicho que estaba libre el apartamento.

The dirties apartment and least maintained apartment ever

Apartment in the center of the city, close to the metro station, super markets, bars and restaurants and in walking distance from many sightseeings. Comfortable bedrooms, two of them with their own bathroom. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary to prepare a meal. The apartment was quite spacious for 8 people. Perfect for families with children.

Noise from outside in two bedrooms, not enough towels for all, not enough toilet paper or soap.

Location and was definitely value for money. Near to supermarket and good local bars and restaurants.

Recommend that you leave instructions for air conditioning. Could do with hangers for clothes in the wardrobes. Tea towels and dish cloths in the kitchen. Difficult to find the apartment even when you are in the building - recommend 'take stairs by the lift to first floor, turn right and follow corridor to door lettered C'.

Amazing apartment in a nice place in Madrid the mattress where best mattresses I've slept on while travelling and I will stay again at some point thanks very much for having us and we'll done having such a great apartment

Secure building, markets close by, large apartment with all the amenities, comfortable all around. I'll definitely book here again
