Location, host, the actual apartment (good beds, sheets, heating, hot water, fridge, coffee maker, dish-washer, washing machine, smart TV, very good wifi, etc)
Nothing is coming to my mind. It was a very good and decent apartment. I would 100% recommend it.

The area is very safe, there are small shops, restaurants and grocery stores everywhere. It was a short distance to Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, and La Gran Via. I highly recommend this location and apartment.

There is no contact and they just deny entry. We got €90 back but lost €130

Perfect place for tourism discovery. The locality is close to center and metro station. The apartment is well-equipped. Good communication with the owner of the accommodation.
Some things are broken like: window blind, TV antenna, and in one room there is a problem with the window opening.
