Surfers Lodge - Rest Bay, Porthcawl

Great property in a good location. Short walk to Rest Bay beach and easy drive to surrounding areas. Tim was a friendly and helpful host.

One or two unfinished bits around the property but they were only cosmetic and didn't cause any issues. The kitchen could do with a few extras such as a frying pan and some more knives.

It is new and clean

The single bed upstairs and hallway window needs a blind. Trying to sleep with all the light coming in was not enjoyable. The finish of some of the decor needs a bit of attention but lovely otherwise.

It was clean and very open The shower was amazing and also the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent accommodation. Clean, modern and everything you need to cook a light meal. Chippy nearby is however closed on a Monday but well stocked mini-store very close by. Really impressed and would definitely recommend for close access to beaches.
