Nothing we paid checked the property and came back to book another stay. We let our money go because property was not kept well.

Hygiene, staff, maintenance

Most of the room was clean.

The cupboards were not clean enough to use. The breakfast area wasn't clean and half the menu wasn't available. We tried to get a refund for breakfast because of this, however SbS were not even slightly accommodating. So we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The pool's filter was broken and caused a mark on my daughter's leg. In the end we left and chose to stay elsewhere.

Room was beautiful. Very comfortable mattress, nice balcony, good bathroom and AC and closet. The pool is small but comfortable. All around is very quiet, lost in the narrow sized street. Not far from the sea

Stuff wasn’t speaking english almost at all. We had to ask for towels and the shower had this weird button to use the upper shower head that almost never worked. Without a scooter, it would be a little unhandy to reach.

It was absolutely beautiful, the room was big, spacious, quiet and had a fantastic time there. The bathrooms are super clean as well, but just the AC cooling needed to be better especially for the summer heat. Absolutely no complaints, super accommodating people and very prompt with their service and responses
